Brochure/Species List Brochure/Species List A free state park brochure summarizes local history and spells out recreational features and guidelines at Lake Oroville, and it includes a detailed map of the area.

Bus Accessible Bus Accessible Ample parking is provided at the Visitor Center, the dam spillway, and at the developed campsites and picnic areas.

Camping/lodging Camping/lodging RV campsites with full hookups, developed campsites, primitive boat-in campsites, and even floating campsites.

Drinking Water Drinking Water Water fountains are available at all developed campsites.

Fee Fee Day use fees are $5 per car. Boat launch is $8. Camping fees range from $45 for a full hookup site down to $12 for a primitive boat-in site. Floating campsites are $150 per night. Subject to change, check park website.

Gift Shop/Bookstore Gift Shop/Bookstore Visitor Center has a gift shop and book store.

Interpretive Signs Interpretive Signs Interpretive signs are at trailheads, historic sites, the self-guided nature walk, and at the Visitor Center.

Lookouts Lookouts Excellent lookout sites are the Oroville Dam, the Observation Tower at the Visitor Center, and at the new Bidwell Bar Bridge. See Access/Public Use #4.

Restrooms Restrooms Clean, tiled showers and restrooms with flush toilets are available at all developed campsites. See Access/Public Use #4.

Trails Trails 77 miles of wide, maintained trails are available for hiking, and much of it is available for cycling or horse-back riding. See Access/Public Use #4.

Trash Cans Trash Cans Trash cans are available at all developed campgrounds.

Visitor Center/Ranger Station Visitor Center/Ranger Station A modern 10,000 sq. ft. facility includes a museum, information counter, gift shop, restrooms, covered patio, and four story observation tower.
